Online purchasing and Shipping

Prices listed on our website are exclusive to on-line purchases only. All orders must be paid for in advance by credit card via the PayPal button. There is no dollar minimum for on-line orders and no handling fee. Shipping Charges are determined by the weight and size of your items, number of packages, and your delivery zip code. The final charge for shipping will appear at the end of your transaction. For a shipping estimate, please add the desired product to your cart.

We will email you both when we receive your order and when it is shipped. If you do not receive an email then your order did not get to us. We download orders during our regular business hours (M-F 8am-4pm est, excluding holidays). Majority of the items displayed on this site will ship within 24 hours. Customers will be notified if products are back ordered or shipping will be delayed.  Our shipping pick ups are at 11am M-F excluding holidays.  any orders placed after that will got he next business day.

ANY CLAIMS FOR SHORTAGES OR GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT MUST BE MADE WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS OF SHIPMENT ARRIVAL.

We will warranty any product that it has been determined to be a manufacturer defect.

All returns can be subject to a restocking fee.

Once the package departs our facility we will not be held liable or responsible for lost or damaged packages. All Shipping times are ESTIMATES by the carrier unless you contact us for guaranteed delivery by then.  Please not that if it is after 11am est they will not be picked up.
